Our point of view

We do not sell herbs. We sell certainty: the same active content, in the same drum, every single time.

01
Assayed, not assumedPotency is measured by HPLC, UV or gravimetry on every lot, and printed on the Certificate of Analysis.
02
Traceable to the fieldEach batch links back to its raw-material lot, its botanical identification and its release tests.
03
Built to your specificationYour assay, your solvent system, your mesh size, your packaging. Under NDA when you need it.
What we make

Four product families, one standard of proof.

Every product leaves our plants with a Certificate of Analysis against the specification you agreed. Nothing is released on appearance alone.

01

Standardised Herbal Extracts

Botanical extracts standardised to a defined active content by HPLC, UV or gravimetry, so every batch performs the same in your formulation.

Examples: Curcumin 95%, Boswellia 65%, Bacoside 20 to 50%
02

Phytochemicals

Pure and enriched plant compounds isolated for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical use, supplied with full analytical documentation.

Examples: Curcuminoids, L-Dopa, Withanolides, Andrographolide
03

Oleoresins

Concentrated flavour, colour and active fractions of spices and herbs, produced to customer specification for food and nutraceutical applications.

Examples: Turmeric, ginger and spice oleoresins
04

Contract Manufacturing

Custom extraction, ratio extracts and private formulations made to your specification under a confidentiality agreement.

Examples: Ratio extracts 4:1 to 12:1, custom blends
Curcumin crystals and a green leaf in a petri dish with molecular structures
Batch-to-batch consistencyAssayed by HPLC, UV or gravimetry before release

Sourcing

Roots, leaves, fruits, gums and resins are sourced from Indian farms and forest collectors, identified botanically and tested for foreign matter and moisture before they enter the plant.

  • Botanical ID
  • Moisture
  • Foreign matter
2

Extraction

Milled raw material is extracted in rotary extractors using food-grade solvents or water, then concentrated under vacuum to preserve heat-sensitive actives.

  • Rotary extraction
  • Vacuum concentration
3

Standardisation

The concentrate is spray- or vacuum-dried and blended to the target active content, verified by HPLC, UV or gravimetric assay.

  • Spray drying
  • HPLC assay
  • Blending
4

Release and packing

Each lot is tested for microbiology and heavy metals, released with a Certificate of Analysis and packed in HDPE or fibre drums for dispatch.

  • Microbiology
  • Heavy metals
  • COA
Quality assurance

Tested to pharmacopoeial standards, documented for your audit.

A separate quality-control laboratory tests every lot for identity, assay, moisture, particle size, heavy metals and microbiology. Methods follow USP and BP monographs.
